Rossbach Counseling, PLLC is based in Champaign County, Illinois. Brianna Rossbach is licensed in Illinois, therefore, can provide services to the entire state.

Which insurance providers do you accept?
Rossbach Counseling, PLLC accepts the following insurance providers: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, HealthLink, Medicare, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, and U of I student insurance/Student Resources. We also can assist those who are claiming out-of-network benefits.

How much does counseling cost?
Counseling may be covered by your insurance provider. We will confirm your insurance benefits prior to your first session. Your insurance policy will dictate how much you will be responsible for. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimate prior to your first session. For those that do not have insurance, Rossbach Counseling offers self-pay options as well.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, we offer sliding scale options for clients. Please discuss directly with Brianna during your free consultation call.
Do you have a physical office?
No, at this time Rossbach Counseling does not have an in-person location. All services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Can I chat with someone before signing up for services?
Yes! Brianna offers all new clients a free 15-minute phone call consultation to chat. Brianna can answer any questions you may have about services and Rossbach Counseling. How often do you host groups?
We host 1-2 groups every couple of months. Group topics vary. For more information about current group opportunities, click here.
What training does Brianna Rossbach have?
Brianna graduated with her Master of Science degree from the CACREP-accredited clinical counseling program at Eastern Illinois University. Brianna is an LCPC licensed in the state of Illinois and has been practicing for approximately six years. She has additional training in motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and sand tray therapy. Brianna is trauma-informed and EMDR trained and can provide EMDR services via telehealth. As a licensed clinician in Illinois, Brianna is required to complete thirty hours of required continuing education for each license renewal (every odd year). She prides herself on continuing to learn and grow to best support her clients.

What makes Rossbach Counseling unique?
Brianna is neurodivergent herself and manages her own chronic illnesses and pain. This offers a unique connection and perspective for clients. Brianna not only has the professional experience, but she also has the personal experience. Brianna is the parent to neurodivergent children, and her partner is also neurodivergent. Brianna has experience navigating different ND profiles within a family.
Clients of Rossbach Counseling gain 24/7 access to the password protected Client Resource Hub. This Hub contains helpful tools and resources for clients such as helpful handouts, psychoeducation, regulation tools, etc.
